Sitting on the wire the difference in size compared to the brown-chested martin (right) and the colour called our eye. The thrill they could be cliff swallows did not last long. A thorough look destroyed our expectations. They were juvenile white-rumped swallows.

A couple of white-rumped swallows were flying around. This swallow leant on the edge, introduced its head and rapidly flew off. Exploring possible nesting sites?
