16-7-17 © J. Simón Tagtachian Wings and upperparts light grey. In basic plumage, broad forehead and crown white, which is surrounded by a blackish line from eye to eye. © Lui I was with Cecilia Chiale at the Meeting Point on the coast of the river when this bird flew past at low altitude in north east direction. Some 20 minutes later it made its way back and then returned in the initial direction. The wind was blowing rather strongly from the North West. © Lui
