| Rains at the RECS It has been raining for a week now. This phenomenon covered a wide area flooding several towns, which ended up in a great number of evacuees mainly from the Province of Buenos Aires. Neither do we remember the phenomenon that caused such an increase of the water level. If someone recalls the event and wants to provide details and/or more photos, please send them to complete the story.
