Insects
Belongs in the family Psocidae of the Order Psocoptera. They are good runners. Their antennae are long and eyes big. Wings keep a tent-like position and have a few veins. In this species they are yellow.
They do no eat bark but lichens, algae or mold which they scrape up with their biting pieces. This adult has laid a cluster of eggs and is covering them with excrements. Nymphs go through 5 or 6 moults before they become adults
